Welcome to the New Corporate Service Center

You can now use our Corporate Service Centre to login your Requests, Inquiries, Compliments, Complaints and Suggestions on our user friendly website.  As we work on your query, you will receive a unique Interaction ID to ensure that it can be tracked at all times. Please retain your Interaction ID until we resolve your query to your satisfaction.  When the query is resolved, you will receive confirmation from Mashreq to indicate the closure of the query.  At this time you can tell us whether the query was resolved to your satisfaction.

How long will it take?

The Corporate Service Centre aims to address the majority of your queries within 48 hours.  In those cases where the issue requires more than 5 working days for resolution, we will contact you on a regular basis until it is resolved. 

If your issue requires urgent resolution prior to the expiration of the 5 working day window or if it does not meet your expectations, you can email us at escalations@mashreqbank.com
