- All Etisalat Mashreq Platinum Credit Card applications submitted between 1 Nov and 31 Dec 2011 will be eligible for this promotion.
- All applications received before the commencement of this offer and rejected due to any reason will not be considered for this promotion even upon resubmission.
- To be eligible for the Free iPhone 4, the customer should spend AED 50,000 (Fifty thousand Dirhams) within 6 months from the date of card issuance. Similarly, to be eligible for the Free Blackberry 9300 the customer should spend AED 25,000 (Twenty five thousand Dirhams) within 6 months from the date of card issuance.
- Upon delivery of the Etisalat Mashreq Platinum Credit Card, the customer should activate his new card. The customer will be contacted by a third party representative appointed by Mashreqbank for the delivery of the free phone instrument within 20 days from the date of card activation.
- All retail spends made on the Etisalat Mashreq Platinum Credit Card within 6 months from the date of card issuance will be eligible for this Offer.
- The phone instrument that was signed up for in the Enrollment form will be delivered upon activation of the new Etisalat Mashreq Platinum Credit Card.
- If the customer does not meet the spend criteria or cancels the card, the cost of the phone instrument will be billed to the customer.
- All existing Etisalat Mashreq Platinum Credit Card customers can enroll for this offer by signing up the Enrollment form.
- Applicants providing Du Mobile phone details will not be eligible for this promotion.
- Mashreq Millionaire Certificate purchases, any other savings certificate purchases, cash withdrawal, disputed purchase transactions, reversals and/or refunds will not be applicable for this Offer.
- It is the Cardholder's responsibility to ensure that he/she provides the correct and valid contact details to Mashreqbank in order to ensure that all communications related to this Offer or otherwise are received.
- Mashreqbank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification to the Cardholder. Any such amendments or supplements shall be provided on Mashreqbank's website.
- These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the standard Mashreqbank credit card Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
- In no event shall Mashreqbank, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to this Offer.
- Mashreqbank does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of this Offer and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect of the same.
- Mashreqbank shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct this Offer as a result of any Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mashreqbank including, amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or authority in any jurisdiction. In such circumstances, Mashreqbank's obligations to the Cardholder shall automatically stand discharged without the need to provide notice.
