How to use EPP
Using EPP is simple. When you want to pay for any purchase in instalments, just call our 24-hour Direct Banking Center and inform them of the purchase. At your request, the purchase transaction will be converted to EPP and your monthly installments will be reflected in your monthly Credit Card statement.
You can also book your Easy Payment Plan (EPP) from the comfort of your home or office in just 3 easy steps:
- Sign On to MashreqOnline using your User ID and Password. If you have not created one please click here to create your User ID and Password now.
- Once you have completed the Sign-On process, select the 'Account Servicing' tab from the top menu.
- Select "Easy Payment Plan Booking" from the left panel and book your EPP today.
