As a part of our ongoing effort to build stronger banking relationships and to cater to your lifestyle needs, starting April 19, 2011 we will be discontinuing MashreqPoints and introducing a revolutionary banking programme for you. Watch this space in the coming days for unveiling of the most awaited programme - inspired by you.
To ensure you enjoy the MashreqPoints you have earned over time, you can start redeeming your MashreqPoints now. Redeeming your MashreqPoints is simple and convenient:
- MashreqPoints earned on your Debit Card can be redeemed by calling our 24-hour Call Centre on 04-424 4444 and requesting a voucher
- MashreqPoints earned on your Credit Card can be instantly redeemed at any of our Redemption Partners. Once you have done shopping, proceed to cashier and mention that you want to redeem the MashreqPoints available on your credit card - you have the option of redeeming in part or full
- You could also redeem your MashreqPoints earned on your Debit or Credit cards through MashreqOnline

Don’t wait! Let your MashreqPoints give you one more reason to celebrate. The last date for requesting redemption voucher is Aug 31, 2011 and the last date for instant redemption at Merchant outlets is Oct 31, 2011.
