Mashreq Salaam Rewards

If you are a new customer:

• Use the Points Calculator to simulate how many points you can earn per Mashreq banking solution.
  
  
• Once you play with the Points Calculator and want assistance on your selected banking solutions, you can click on "Submit your Portfolio" so we can help you make the necessary arrangements.
  
  
• View the merchant categories to see where you can use your points.
  
  
• If you do not have MashreqOnline access, click here to register.
  
  
  

If you are an existing customer

• In order to see how many points you've earned, or to use your points, you need to> Sign On to MashreqOnline, and click the "Salaam" tab on the homepage.
  
  

Once signed on, you can:

• See your total Mashreq Salaam points balance on the header next to your name.
  
  
• Use the Points Calculator to simulate how many points you can earn per Mashreq banking solution. The Points Calculator is pre-loaded with your existing products to show you how many points you could be earning. You can add new products or edit existing products to see the impact on your points earning.
  
  
• Once you play with the Points Calculator and want assistance on getting additional products or even increase participation for existing products, you can click on "Submit your Portfolio" so we can help you with your banking needs.
  
  
• Submit your request for vouchers against the points you have already earned.
  
  
  

If you are an existing customer, but do not have MashreqOnline access:

• You can click here to register.
  
  
• You can call our 24-hour Call Center on +971-4-424-4444 to inquire about your existing points balance, and request for vouchers.

You can earn Mashreq Salaam points in the following two ways:

1. Relationship Points

• Earn relationship points on all existing & new banking solutions that you use.
  
  
• To be eligible to earn relationship points, you must have one product in two different product categories:
  
  

For example, if you have a Current Account and an Easy Saver, you will earn relationship-points, but if you have 2 Easy Savers only, you will not earn any relationship points.

• Credit cards are only used as an eligibility criteria, and do not earn relationship points. For example, if you have a Current Account and a credit card, you will earn relationship-points for your Current Account.
  
  
• The amount of relationship points you earn for each product is linked to our new tier-based points earning method for the amounts or balances you maintain.
  
  
  

2. Spend Points

• Earn spend points on your Mashreq credit card & debit card purchases.
  
  
• UAE Spends
  
  
  • Mashreq Platinum credit cards: spend 1 AED, earn 4 points
  • Mashreq Gold & Classic credit cards: spend 1 AED, earn 2 points
  • Mashreq debit cards: spend 2 AED, earn 1 point
    
    
• International Spends
  
  
  • Mashreq Platinum credit cards: spend 1 AED equivalent, earn 5 points
  • Mashreq Gold & Classic credit cards: spend 1 AED equivalent, earn 3 points
    
    
• To earn more spend points, you can spend more on your Mashreq credit card & debit cards.
  
  
• Co-Branded credit cards (Etisalat, Air Arabia, Grand Cinemas) do not earn any spend points
  
  
  

The following customers can earn Mashreq Salaam points:

Multiple product customers (excluding Mashreq credit or debit cards, but including Co-Branded credit cards)

• You can earn relationship points only.
  
  
• To start earning spend points, please get a Mashreq credit card or debit card product.
  
  

Multiple product customers (including Mashreq credit or debit card)

• You can earn spend points & relationship points.
  
  

For Mashreq credit card customers

• You can earn spend points only.
  
  
• To start earning relationship points, please purchase another product from the eligible product category.

Your total Mashreq Salaam points pool includes the spend points & relationship points you have earned so far.

Redeem your points in the following way:

Gift Vouchers

• Simply exchange your points for gift vouchers for the largest selection of leading retail outlets in Fashion, Electronics, Furniture, Jewellery, Travel, and Departmental Stores.
  
  
• To do this, you need to Sign-On, fill out the Voucher Form on the Salaam website, and submit it.
  
  
• Alternatively, you can also call our 24-hour Call Center (+971-4-424-4444) to place your voucher request and your points will be debited for the requested voucher value.
  
  
• Your requested voucher will be delivered to you in 7 business days.
  
  
• The minimum voucher value that can be redeemed is AED 50 (15,152 points).
  
  
• The voucher can be of any value above AED 50 (eg. AED 56, 89, 675, 3544).
  
  
• Once a request is submitted, vouchers cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
